Richard's Story
Been married to Rosemary for 35 years as of July 2012. Had 2 failed marriages previously. One child with my second wife who has now given me 3 grandsons and 2 children with Rosemary: one is married and has one child . Ari Richard was born 10-21-11 and lives with our daughter and her husband just 12 minutes from us My wife takes care of Ari 4 days a week while his parents work or study. Other child, our only son is living with us and has returned to college. Fulfilled my military obligation by working with the Navajo on their reservation in Arizona. Most of my professional career (mental health clinician) was in Michigan except for some jobs in NY, OH, CO, and KY. Retired in 2001 from my 24 year tenure as a mental health center director in MI. the Univ. of Nevada/Las Vegas. I now continue at UNLV as a part timer and have also instructed part time at Regis Univ. Life is good in Nevada but we return to MI for summers to spend time with our grandkids. Oh, and we have become cruising enthusiasts. Loved Alaska especially but have also have cruised Mexico, Hawaii, the California coast, the Caribbean and the Mediterrenean. We live in a Del Webb Sun City (Anthem) community and that makes life feel like we are always on a cruise as well. Sun City Anthem has some wonderful amenities, dozens of clubs and also brings entertainment from the strip and elsewhere to our state of the art theater. I am at our Sun City gym just about every day and also serve on one of our board committees. Come see us in Las Vegas - we'll show you Vegas from an locals view. We're in the phone book.
